Hospice Prayer for Phil and Debbie

Dear Heavenly Father,

At this time in Phil’s life, please protect him from pain and confusion.

When you see fit, please take him into your loving arms

And make a new home for him with you,

Where he can greet his loved ones when they join him some day.

During these difficult days

Please give peace and comfort to Debbie.

Please strengthen her while she nurses Phil,

And uplift her as she tends to his needs.

Please comfort her as she copes with the separation

When Phil’s care is transferred from her loving arms to yours.

In Jesus’ name we pray and ask you for these blessings.

Amen.
