Thanksgiving Prayer in Toro Park

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank you for allowing me to survive yet another surgery
and to live for longer than I ever expected.

Thank you for giving me the strength to walk under your majestic Oaks,
to tread along your sandy pathways,
to savor your warm breezes, and
to enjoy all the countless handiworks of your gifts of nature.

Guide me to use this extended time on earth
to honor you with whatever tasks you set before me.

In Jesus’ name I pray and thank you for these blessings.

Amen.
